Sebastian Troch is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at secori, where he is responsible for finance and operations.
With over a decade of IT expertise and more than 15 years of international project experience, Sebastian advises financial institutions on the implementation of regulatory requirements set by German and European supervisory authorities. He currently focuses on integrating the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) into enterprise-wide risk and control frameworks. Sebastian supports clients in designing and optimizing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), including ICT risk frameworks and their alignment with enterprise and operational risk management functions.
He is certified as a Non-Financial Risk Manager (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management), ISO 27001 Senior Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor, and Integrated Management Systems Lead Auditor.
In addition to his role at secori, Sebastian serves as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a mid-sized stock corporation based in Frankfurt. Prior to founding secori, he worked as a regional consultant at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, where he was part of the regional management team for the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. He holds a Master’s degree in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Leicester
