secori advisors is a management consultancy with a focus on security, risk, and compliance. We help our clients by:
Our founders all hail from the very North of Germany. Their Hanseatic values have made it into secori’s corporate culture.
This means for us:
Whoever comes to us gets the chance to accompany and help shape the growth of our consultancy. We believe that in such a team environment cannot only share knowledge and experience, but also grow together.
Our clients determine a large part of our daily business. But our employees determine our success. That is why we place a lot of emphasis on corporate culture.
Everyone is part of the team, the student assistant as well as the managing director. Of course, we will often be on first-name terms in our day-to-day business. But we do not take it for granted. What we do take for granted: Loyalty, respect and communication at eye level.
Everyone has the same opportunities with us. We want to and do reward performance, but we also make sure that everyone knows that gender and origin have no influence on success in the company. Our salaries are therefore internally transparent. For us, equal performance means equal pay.
We recognize all identities, but are convinced that growth can only succeed in the affirmation of the common and not the particular. What we do not leave to each individual: Respectful interaction, respect for others, open communication.
We are a community and we like to invest in it. Not only through an after-work culture and benefits, such as financing a gym membership, but also through social commitment. Anyone who is involved in social or socio-political activities can count on the support of the management.
Once a year, we ask our employees for candid feedback. From management style to working equipment, we want to know where we are and how we can improve.
From 2025 onwards, the assessments are run by “A Great Place to Work.” Because that is what we want to be and that is what we hope you will find here.
Transparency and honesty guide our actions
In the finance industry trust is essential. We earn trust and make profit by delivering with integrity. We speak truth to power wherever necessary.
We are a reliable partner over the long-term and our word is a good as a contract. We will always put long-term interests over short-term profits.
We deliver excellence with understatement
We demonstrate through our actions that we are not just ready to go the extra mile, but that we just have. In doing so we value understatement and humility. Our achievements are expressions of character and commitment. They speak for themselves.
Accountability is our strength
Finance requires accountability. We will always step up, take ownership and drive change. We never hide behind process. What we do, we own. Taking responsibility ensures that we deliver change decisively and act swiftly. And oftentimes it will require the extra-hour.
Openness fuels our
growth
Finance fosters trade and globalisation. It is bringing the world together. And so do we.
We embrace openness in every sense. We take pride in the pluralism of our views and opinions, welcome change and cultivate international perspectives.
