In projects, Kristina Gramberg-Stenson plays a key role in the design, optimization, and implementation of processes as well as the development and design of written rules. She also leads initiatives for tool integration and employee training and increases the added value of project documentation through visualisations and precision. She brings a strategic mindset to her projects at the intersection of technology and regulation, ensuring that solutions are both operationally effective and compliant.
In 2022, she expanded her technical and regulatory expertise in cybersecurity through an intensive accelerator programme. Since then, she has gained certifications in ISO-compliant management systems implementation, cloud computing and risk management, which underlines her ability to lead in complex, highly regulated environments.
With a background in foreign and security policy, building on international project coordination and various leadership positions, Kristina Gramberg-Stenson has more than ten years of experience in political risk and threat analysis, preparation and implementation of committee decisions, stakeholder engagement and project management.
Kristina Gramberg-Stenson holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Leeds, where she focussed on disarmament, political theory and China, complemented by a minor in sustainable development. She then completed a Master of Arts in Advanced European and International Studies at the Centre International de Formation Européenne in Nice, where she graduated with the highest distinction. Her academic background focussed on EU enlargement, global economic issues and manifestations of federalism.
