At secori, Kristina Gramberg-Stenson plays a key role in driving the design, optimisation, and implementation of processes, as well as leading tool integration and process visualisation initiatives. She brings a strategic mindset to the intersection of technology and regulation, ensuring solutions are both operationally effective and compliant.

In 2022, she significantly expanded her technical and regulatory expertise in cyber security through an intensive accelerator programme, and has since earned ISO certifications in management systems and cloud computing, reinforcing her capability to lead in complex, compliance-driven environments.

With a background in foreign and security policy and international project coordination and positions in executive offices, Kristina Gramberg-Stenson draws on more than nine years of experience in political risk and threat analysis, the preparation and implementation of committee decisions, stakeholder engagement, and project management.

Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Leeds, where her focus areas included disarmament, political theory and China, complemented by a minor in Sustainable Development. She went on to complete a Master of Arts in Advanced European and International Studies at the Centre International de Formation Européenne in Nice, graduating with the highest honours. Her academic background focused on EU enlargement, economics and federalism.
