With over five years of experience in project management, design, and implementation of anti-corruption policies, Florencia Soria has contributed to a range of initiatives aligned with international standards on transparency, integrity, and anti-bribery.

Her international experience includes serving as a member of the Argentine delegation to the OECD Working Group on Bribery in International Business Transactions, where she worked on the implementation and assessment of anti-money laundering frameworks, corporate criminal liability, and compliance systems.

At secori advisors, she specializes in European banking regulation, with a particular focus on the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

Florencia holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations (Cum Laude) from San Andrés University, where she was awarded the prize for Best Graduation Thesis in International Relations. She further pursued a postgraduate programme in the Design and Evaluation of Public Policies at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, concentrating on open data, transparency, and access to public information.

Most recently, she completed a Master’s degree in the Political Economy of European Integration at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin. During her studies, she was a scholarship recipient of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), focusing on the political economy of the European Union, ESG, and compliance.
