Dustin Dehez is a Founder and Managing Director at secori, specializing in third-party/vendor management, risk management, and financial markets. He has extensive experience across Run the Bank (RtB) functions within DAX40 financial institutions, large retail banks, and major state banks, having served in First, Second, and Third Line of Defense (1LoD, 2LoD, 3LoD) roles. In addition to operational roles, he has successfully led and executed Change the Bank (CtB) projects, particularly those following on-site inspections by supervisory authorities such as the ECB and BaFin.
Dustin holds a Master’s degree (MA) in International Affairs and Cyber Security from King’s College London (KCL) and a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in International Relations from the University of London, London School of Economics and Political Science. He is currently pursuing a second postgraduate degree in Global Central Banking & Financial Regulation from Warwick Business School (WBS).
At secori, Dustin focuses on financial markets as a whole and regulatory requirements from the European Banking Authority (EBA), German financial regulations (MaRisk), and international regulatory frameworks including those from the Federal Reserve (FED), Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). He is a certified Non-Financial Risk Manager (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management), a certified Chief Information Security Officer for financial institutions (Bank-Verlag), an ISO 27001 Senior Lead Implementer (Information Security Manager), an Integrated Management Systems Auditor, a certified Outsourcing Manager (Bank-Verlag), and an ISO 31000 Certified Risk Manager. At secori he manages the communications and knowledge management departments.
