Sebastian Troch is one of the three managing directors of secori and co-founded the company with Dustin Dehez in 2014.
He advises financial companies on the implementation of regulatory requirements including the European Banking Authority (EBA), the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) and MaRisk and MaGo as well as various regulatory requirements pertaining to IT (BAIT/VAIT/KAIT/ZAIT). His focus is on the implementation and optimization of information security management systems (ISMS) including the implementation of information risk management frameworks with all its interfaces, building on 10 years of IT experience and more than 15 years of project experience in various countries. In addition to advising clients and developing the company, Sebastian Troch is responsible for finance and operations at secori.
Sebastian Troch is a certified non-financial risk manager (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management), information security manager (ISO27001 Lead Implementer), auditor (ISO 27001 Lead Auditor & Lead Auditor for Integrated Management Systems), and risk manager (ISO 31000).
Beyond secori, Sebastian Troch is deputy chairman of the supervisory board of a medium-sized stock company in Frankfurt, Germany. Prior to secori, he was an advisor at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and a member of the regional management team for the Middle East, Africa & Turkey. Sebastian Troch completed his Master’s degree in Diplomatic Studies at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
